Ensure your file format is supported (.txt, .pdf, .docx, .md, code files). Some complex PDFs may have parsing issues - try using the "Paste Text" feature instead. Remember: document uploads require a Pro subscription.
Make sure both host and players have stable internet connections. Verify the lobby code is entered correctly (case-sensitive, 6 characters). The host must keep their browser open - if they close it, the lobby ends. Try disabling VPNs or strict firewall settings that may block WebRTC.
You can supply your own TURN relay to hide IPs during multiplayer. In the Relay settings, fill in:

Stats are calculated locally in real-time. If numbers seem wrong, try refreshing the page and starting a new practice session. Make sure you're pressing the correct keys - incorrect keys count as errors and affect accuracy.
Pro subscribers receive priority support with faster response times (typically within 24 hours on business days).
When contacting support, mention that you're a Pro user and include your account email if applicable.
